Warranty Information and How to Submit a Claim
Your KD Smart Chair comes with a 5 Year Warranty on the frame. 1 year warranty on the battery and other electronic components of the chair.
If your chair breaks during your normal usage within the first 5 years, please contact us and we will replace the frame for you free of charge.
If the battery or electronic components of your chair break during the first year, please contact us and we will send you replacement parts free of charge.
All service and labor fees, if apply to you, must be paid by the wheelchair users.
